To copy text from a PDF file into Word:

Open the PDF file.

On the Tools menu, click Select Text.

Select the text you want to copy (or click Edit, Select All to select the entire file).

Click Copy on the Edit menu.

In Word, click where you want to paste and click Edit, Paste.
To copy an image from a PDF file into Word:
-
Open the PDF file.
-
On the Tools menu, click Select Image.
-
Right-click the image that you want to copy, and then click Copy Image.
4. In Word, click Edit, Paste.
Hi, it works with short content. With long file, it better to use a software do the job. I am using a free desktop now, AnyBizSoft PDF to Word.

it allow me to convert many files at the same time.
