What are backward P symbols?
In MS Word, these are used to show you the underlying layout and general structure of your document. You can use this to fix pesky layout issues.
What can happen is that you accidentally click the Show/Hide icon in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.
This suddenly shows the backward Ps. As you never meant to do this, it can be hard to know how to undo it.
How to turn off backward P symbols?
To turn them off:
- Click on the Show/Hide icon in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.
